Job summary

Euronet Group is seeking an entry-level IT Support Specialist to join our IT Operations team in Poland. You will resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, support onboarding/offboarding, and help manage devices and accounts across Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

The role offers learning opportunities in Intune, Entra ID, and security practices within a multinational environment. Strong communication in English and a proactive attitude are valued, plus a degree in IT or related field and

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of IT support experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and devices.
• Understanding of networking concepts and willingness to learn Intune, Entra ID, AD.
• Strong communication and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end users and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests in the ticketing system; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support onboarding/offboarding by preparing devices, user accounts, access rights, and IT equipment.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 11 devices and Microsoft 365 apps (including basic admin tasks).
• Support IT security and compliance activities, including access management and vulnerability remediation.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles; assist process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors on projects, tech rollouts, and equipment refreshes.
