Job summary

Aqueduct Technologies is seeking a Senior End User Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team in the New England region. You will act as a senior escalation point for complex end-user issues, mentor junior engineers, and lead initiatives to improve end-user experiences across Microsoft 365 and endpoint management platforms.

You will deploy and manage modern endpoints with Intune, Azure AD, and Autopilot, while ensuring strong customer service and documented processes.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5+ years of end-user or desktop support experience, with 1–2 years in a senior/escalation role, preferably in an MSP environment.

Responsibilities

Act as senior escalation point for complex end-user issues across multiple environments.
Provide expert-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, and collaboration platforms.
Troubleshoot identity, access, and security within Microsoft 365 and related ecosystems.
Lead or assist deployment of new end-user technologies and projects.
Manage and support modern endpoint deployments using Microsoft Intune and related tools.
