Job summary

WarHorse Gaming is seeking an IT Support Technician in Lincoln, NE to install, configure, diagnose, repair, and upgrade corporate hardware and software while ensuring optimal performance. You will support IT/AV assets, provide end-user assistance, and help maintain equipment inventories across 24/7/365 operations.

The role requires strong Windows and AD experience, and good English communication. Swing shift and travel between properties may be required; a comprehensive benefits package is

Qualifications

• Two years of experience installing and troubleshooting Windows OS, desktop hardware, and Microsoft products.
• One year of experience in Active Directory environment with listed tools.
• Strong English communication skills; casino experience and gaming systems familiarity are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user devices, network hardware, printers, and related software.
• Provide on-site IT/AV support and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
• Deliver user training and maintain inventories of IT equipment.
• Respond promptly to IT support requests via calls, pages, and emails.
