Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., seeks an IT Support Technician to maintain in-house IT/AV assets across Lincoln properties. You will install, configure, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware/software while delivering end-user support and training.

The role supports 24/7/365 operations on swing shifts, with on-site responsibilities and travel between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience installing and troubleshooting Windows OS, desktop hardware, and Microsoft products.
• Exposure to deploying and maintaining servers and network equipment in a data center.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Support and uphold WarHorse Gaming's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans; respond to crises as needed.
• Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user devices and related software.
• Perform on-site analysis and resolution of IT/hardware problems, coordinating repairs.
• Provide AV support and coordinate with third-party AV vendors.
• Deliver training and end-user support on equipment operation and system use.
• Maintain inventories of IT and networking equipment (monitors, servers, routers, switches).
• Document all hardware events and installations.
• Track IT hardware/equipment contracts and installations.
• Respond to IT support requests via calls, pages, and emails.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
