Qualifications

• Experience in IT help desk or desktop support.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals for new employees.
• Install new software packages and perform software and hardware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot routine PC, network, hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Maintain user account information, access rights, security settings, and system groups.
• Support password assignment and related account administration as needed.
• Coordinate with hardware and software vendors for technical support and service when necessary.
• Document technical issues, system changes, procedures, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of system documentation and procedure manuals.
• Facilitate or conduct training sessions for employees on software and hardware systems.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to end users.
• Perform other routine IT support duties as assigned.
