Job summary

Bargreen Ellingson is seeking an IT Support Technician for our Fife, WA office. You will be the first contact for internal users, providing hardware, software, and network assistance with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include incident handling via multiple channels, desktop and peripheral setup, and documentation. A fast-paced environment and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT coursework or certifications are a plus.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, Jira, or in person.
• Assist in setup, installation, and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems following established procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and document problems clearly.
• Maintain records of IT support requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
• Provide basic training on IT systems and software applications.
