Job summary

Gustave A. Larson Company seeks an IT Support Technician to join a 4-person team from our Utah locations, supporting 55 sites.

You’ll troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, networks, and enterprise systems with a focus on customer service and ownership of issues until resolution. Requirements include a 2-year technical degree (or current enrollment) and hands-on experience; CompTIA IT certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, M365, Windows Server, AD and Azure AD.
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive IT support across Windows, servers, networks, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues without script-based guidance.
• Communicate effectively with users and document resolutions in tickets.
