Job summary

Fidelity TalentSource is sourcing for an IT Support Technician to work in Fidelity’s Enterprise Infrastructure Group in Jacksonville, FL. You will ensure hardware, software, and network functionality for internal end users, providing break-fix support and ticket updates for 80K+ users.

Qualifications include an associate degree or technical certs, 1+ years in a Help Desk role, and experience with Windows 10/11, AD and O365; familiarity with MacBook and mobile products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support remote workers and assist with new technology rollouts.
• Record interactions in the ticketing system and ensure accurate notes.
