Job summary

Vance Thompson Vision is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain a diverse fleet of ophthalmic devices and deliver frontline IT support across the Montana locations. The role requires travel between Bozeman and Billings and strong communication skills.

The candidate will design and manage Zoom Room systems, administer key business apps, and contribute to IT projects while developing user-friendly documentation for staff.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in information technology or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Previous IT support experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining ophthalmic devices and IT systems.
• Providing hands-on, phone, and remote IT support to staff.
• Designing, building, and maintaining Zoom Room systems and phone setup.
• Managing and completing IT projects across the organization.
• Creating and updating technical documentation and training staff.
