Job summary

Vance Thompson Vision is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Bozeman or Billings, MT. You will support diverse ophthalmic devices, build and maintain Zoom Room systems, and manage IT assets across locations.

You will provide on-site, phone, and remote troubleshooting, develop user-friendly documentation, and contribute to IT project execution while adopting new technologies to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information technology or equivalent.
• Previous experience in IT support.
• Ability to travel between Bozeman and Billings, MT.

Responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining ophthalmic device IT systems and Zoom Room setups.
• Provide hands-on, phone, and remote technical support to employees diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation and train staff on software applications.
• Utilize RMM tools for proactive maintenance and asset management across locations.
• Assist in evaluating and integrating AI-powered tools to improve processes.
