Job summary

Vance Thompson Vision seeks an IT Support Technician to maintain and support a diverse fleet of ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical devices, ensuring peak operational performance and regulatory compliance.

Based in Bozeman or Billings, MT, you will provide hands-on, phone, and remote support; design Zoom Room systems; manage our Zoom-based phone system; and contribute to IT projects while creating clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• Experience in IT support
• Ability to travel between Bozeman and Billings, MT
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining IT devices and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Providing hands-on, phone, and remote IT support to employees
• Designing, building, and maintaining Zoom Room systems and Zoom-based phone system
• Managing and completing IT projects within the organization
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and training team members
