Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years computer-related work experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recognize, analyze and troubleshoot end-user problems; document steps taken and refer complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Document and track details of tickets; maintain Support Desk documentation and procedures.
• Configure PC/Laptop imaging and software distribution; manage inventory; create knowledge base articles; assist with queue management.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws, rules, regulations, and policies to reduce risk.
