Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field; or a HS diploma with 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve end-user issues and document solutions.
• Must have clear communication and customer-service orientation, plus valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end users and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Monitor, review, create, and resolve service desk tickets.
• Install, configure, and maintain OS and applications; ensure security and reliability.
• Coordinate deployment of mobile devices and data migrations.
• Troubleshoot workstation network connectivity and printer issues.
• Manage hardware/software asset lifecycle and routine data transfers during refreshes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base resources.
• Provide after-hours on-call support per rotation.
