Job summary

BIGHORN VALLEY HEALTH CENTER is seeking an IT Support Technician for the One Health team serving Bozeman, Livingston, and Belgrade. You will keep staff equipped with the tools they need to deliver patient care and troubleshoot issues across multiple sites.

You will travel among clinics, perform hardware/software maintenance, assist with user accounts, and train staff. This full-time role requires problem-solving, teamwork, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of IT experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Preferred: Associate degree in IT, business, or related field.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician for our One Health team in the Bozeman/Livingston/Belgrade area!

Location: Bozeman, MT

Schedule: Full-Time, 4 days/week, 10 hrs/day
Pay: $22.88- $24.41/hr DOE

What You’ll Do

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll make sure our staff have the tech tools they need to deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain hardware and software, and support technology across several One Health sites. This person would travel between the three clinics in Bozeman, Belgrade and Livingston, and any of our other sites as needed.

What You Bring
