Job summary

Qualifications

• College or trade degree preferred; will accept HS diploma or equivalent with healthcare IT experience.
• At least two years' related experience required.
• IT-related certifications preferred.

• Install software and configure hardware; manage end-user requests.

Position Summary

The IT Support Technician will work closely with IT management to support the strategic goals of the team. This is a full-time, on-site position. that will provide high-quality work, along with great customer service. The technician will maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks across the organization, resolve technical problems while managing end-user requests, such as installing software and/or configuring hardware.

Job Qualifications

• College or Trade degree preferred. Will accept high school diploma or equivalent with previous healthcare IT experience.
• At least two years' related experience required.
• IT related certifications preferred.
• Required to travel to all clinics.

Salary:

$28.55-$31.72/hour DOQ
