One Health in Bozeman, MT is seeking an Intake Coordinator I to be the first point of contact for patients, gather essential information, and help coordinate care.

This full-time role (40 hrs/week, M-F) offers a supportive team, growth opportunities, and exposure to EMR systems, scheduling, and insurance verification. You will contribute to accurate records, friendly patient service, and smooth onboarding for families needing services.

• Patient Registration: Conduct initial patient assessments and gather essential information.
• Scheduling: Schedule appointments and coordinate care with our healthcare providers.
• Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate patient records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, addressing patient inquiries, and assisting with billing as needed.
• Coordination: Facilitate coordination of care by working with various healthcare providers and departments.
