Job summary

Titan Tech in Cincinnati area is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Mason, OH team. Provide Level 1-3 IT support for clients, mostly remote from the Mason office with occasional on-site visits; troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory/Entra ID; work on IT projects including PC deployments, server upgrades, cloud migrations, and office moves.

We require 2–5 years in IT support, strong troubleshooting, and excellent customer service with the ability to explain fixes

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in IT support (MSP or help desk experience is a big plus).
• Solid computer and network troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service and the ability to explain fixes in plain English.
• Experience with tools like NinjaOne, ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect), Veeam, SentinelOne, Huntress and a ticketing platform is a plus.
• Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
• Nice to have: camera systems and access control, structured cabling and conduit work, power tools and scissor lifts.

Titan Tech is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We're growing and looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team.

Pay: $22-$30/hr, based on skills and experience · Full-time · In person (12-9) (Mason, OH)

What you'll do

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and insurance

• Able to pass an FBI background check with fingerprinting

• Able to join our after-hours on-call rotation (about once every six weeks)

• Able to commute to Mason, OH
