Job summary

Titan Tech in Mason, OH is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our MSP team. You’ll provide Level 1–3 IT support for clients, mostly remotely from our Mason office with some on-site visits.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, and work on projects like deployments, upgrades, migrations, and office moves. Qualifications

• 2–5 years in IT support (MSP or help desk a plus)
• Solid computer and network troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

Titan Tech is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We're growing and looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team.

Pay: $22–$30/hr, based on skills and experience · Full-time · In person (Mason, OH)

What you'll do

• Provide Level 1–3 IT support for our clients, mostly remote from our Mason office with occasional on-site visits

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory / Entra ID

• Work on IT projects: PC deployments, server upgrades, cloud migrations, office moves and network build-outs

• Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, switches and wireless networks

• Keep clear documentation of client environments, fixes and project work

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years in IT support (MSP or help desk experience is a big plus)

• Solid computer and network troubleshooting skills

• Strong customer service and the ability to explain fixes in plain English

• Experience with tools like NinjaOne, ConnectWise Control (ScreenConnect), Veeam, SentinelOne, Huntress and a ticketing platform is a plus

• Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are a plus

• Nice to have: camera systems and access control, structured cabling and conduit work, power tools and scissor lifts

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and insurance

• Able to pass an FBI background check with fingerprinting

• Able to join our after-hours on-call rotation (about once every six weeks)

• Able to commute to Mason, OH
