- Job Summary/Basic Function:
- Assist faculty, staff, & students experiencing technology issues of a wide variety.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Mac, PC, mobile devices, and peripherals. Maintain classroom multimedia technology.
- Required Qualifications:
- Current or recent coursework pursuant to a degree related to digital technology. This position is 50/50 eligible, student must be enrolled full-time and have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to qualify.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems, computer hardware, peripherals, and application functionality. Basic understanding of mobile devices systems including iPads, iOS and Android devices.
