Job Title: IT Support Technician
Location: New York, NY 10029 (100% Onsite)
Duration: 5+ Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $20 - 25/hr on W2.

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Support Technician for a Windows 10 to 11 rollout project. The technician will be responsible for imaging devices with Windows 11 and performing basic troubleshooting as needed. Training will be provided, along with a structured script to follow, though a foundational understanding of Windows operating systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Windows 11 imaging for system upgrades.

• Follow a provided script to complete setup and configuration tasks.

• Conduct basic troubleshooting of system issues post-upgrade.

• Assist end-users with the transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

• Report and escalate technical issues as necessary.

• Ensure proper documentation of completed upgrades and any encountered issues.
