Job Description
Provide Tier 1 IT support for network, web, data exchange, and notification systems, as well as servers and desktops outside regular office hours (6 PM to 6 AM) to ensure continuous operation. Address IT incidents by employing common troubleshooting skills, following documented procedures, and, when necessary, contacting appropriate higher-tier support personnel. Respond to on-site issues within one (1) hour of request.
