Adecco Healthcare & LifeSciences is hiring an IT Support Technician to join our client's IT team in Fairdale, KY. The role is onsite with a contract of 3 months and possible extension, offering hands‑on desktop and help desk support.

Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour with scheduled hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401K and more; on‑site work and on‑call support are stated as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of desktop/server networking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong interest in technology and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on desktop and help desk support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, software, printers, barcode scanners, and other peripherals.
• Support automated systems, including conveyor systems and pharmacy technology.

• Escalate complex issues to the Engineering Team when needed.
• Assist with IT projects, end-user training, and other technology initiatives.
• Participate in on‑call support as required.

Pay: $25–$30/hour

Location: Onsite – 6204 New Cut Road, Fairdale, KY

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
