What You’ll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for employee technology support needs
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving computers, operating systems, applications, and printers
• Configure devices and system access for new hires, including workstation setup and account provisioning
• Install and update approved software on user machines
• Record and manage requests in the service ticketing system
• Prioritize support issues and elevate more complex technical problems when needed
• Guide employees through troubleshooting steps and basic system use
• Identify recurring problems and share feedback to improve IT operations
