Job summary

Hendrick Motorsports is hiring for an IT Support role in Charlotte to assist computer system users under the IT Operations Manager. The role involves in-person, phone, and Teams-based assistance, focusing on hardware/software usage, printing, email, and OS support.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, device imaging with SCCM/Intune, account security management, and documentation for knowledge base. Requires an associate or bachelor degree in IT/CS/engineering and availability for 9am-6pm

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and office productivity software.
Familiarity with Active Directory, MFA and identity management.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical troubleshooting and analysis for internal customers, remotely or in person.
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and applications.
Maintain and upgrade office computers and equipment as needed.
Monitor user accounts and security using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 admin center.
Perform Active Directory maintenance and MFA support.
