Hendrick Motorsports in Charlotte, NC is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist computer system users under the IT Operations Manager. You will provide in-person, phone, or Teams support for hardware, software, printing, email, and OS issues.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining office computers, managing user accounts with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, using SCCM and Intune for device management, and documenting solutions for the knowledge base.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical troubleshooting for internal users, in-person or remotely.
• Maintain and upgrade office computers and equipment.
• Monitor user accounts using Active Directory, Entra ID, and the Microsoft 365 admin center.
• Assist with server maintenance and network issues across campus.
