Job summary

Riot Platforms, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an IT Support Technician II to deliver advanced incident resolution and end‑user support across our facilities.

You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices, perform provisioning, and support deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle tasks. This role also mentors Level 1 technicians, contributes to site readiness and documentation, and may require travel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of IT support, endpoint support, or service desk experience.
• Experience resolving intermediate to advanced end-user issues.
• Experience performing admin tasks in support platforms.
• Knowledge of M365, device provisioning, user access support, and conferencing tech.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer-service, communication, organization, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced incidents for hardware, software, endpoints, and VIP users.
• Manage incidents through troubleshooting, communication, and escalation as needed.
• Provide break/fix, provisioning, configuration, asset, and lifecycle support for devices.
• Support IT projects, deployments, migrations, and office moves.
• Administer endpoint management, M365, MDM, conferencing, and end-user platforms.
• Contribute to readiness, documentation, and process improvements.
• Mentor Level 1 staff with guidance and escalation readiness.
