Job summary

Riot is seeking an IT Support Technician II in Houston, TX. You will resolve complex hardware/software incidents for executive and VIP users, manage incidents to resolution, and assist with deployments and upgrades across multiple facilities.

The role balances daily support with project-oriented work, includes peer mentoring, and may require some travel. Houston (E4A) site, relocation assistance available for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of IT support experience in a business environment.
• Experience resolving end-user issues across multiple devices and software types.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments and device provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced hardware, software, and endpoint incidents for diverse users.
• Troubleshoot, document, and escalate issues when needed.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and office moves across facilities.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and contribute to knowledge articles and procedures.
