Job summary

Agital is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in St. Louis, MO to provide Level 1/2 support across Mac and PC environments. You'll manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, assist with security, and contribute to IT projects.

You will work as part of a team, developing SOPs and supporting onboarding/offboarding while maintaining documentation and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, help desk, or systems technician role.
• Hands-on experience with Mac and PC deployment and support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ticketing systems, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support across hardware, software, services, networking, and access management.
• Deploy, image, and troubleshoot Mac and PC endpoints for employees.
• Administer user accounts and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Monitor endpoint security, MDM, and patch management efforts.
• Support IT projects, migrations, and infrastructure tasks.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning for employees.
