Job summary

Agital in St. Louis, MO is seeking an on-site IT Support professional to provide Level 1/2 help desk, deploy endpoints on Mac and PC, and manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

You will join a collaborative team, support a remote workforce, assist with IT projects, and help maintain security, documentation, and SOPs. This role offers growth into a senior IT position within a fast-moving marketing technology environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, help desk, or systems technician role.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows in a corporate environment.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and incident management.
• MDM/RMM platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across hardware, software, services, networking, and access management.
• Deploy, configure, image, and troubleshoot Mac and PC endpoints.
• Administer user accounts, licenses, and access in M365 and Google Workspace.
• Monitor endpoint security, MDM, and patch management efforts.
• Assist IT Systems Administrator with projects, migrations, and infrastructure tasks.
