Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Forge Prime Partners' employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.
