(CHR) Community Health Resources, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Professional in Windsor, CT. The role provides frontline and second-line support for end users, MS 365, and PC hardware in a full-time, 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, deploying software, maintaining devices, and ensuring security compliance. The position emphasizes customer service and effective ticketing workflows within CHR IT systems.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of IT support experience in a professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support to employees via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
