Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR two years job related experience in software support on both Windows and Apple computers in a networked environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac devices across classrooms, labs, and offices.
• Support and troubleshoot campus printers, drivers, and network configurations.
