GovCIO is seeking a Senior Customer Support Administrator/IT Specialist with an active Secret clearance to serve as an on-site contact at Merrifield, VA. You will provide support across classified and unclassified networks and resolve issues to ensure a superior service experience.

The role focuses on Windows environments, device management, ticket tracking, and AD permissions, with opportunities to assist relocations, maintain UPS, and support VTC equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6-9 years IT customer support experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with system reimaging and remote desktop tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Active Secret clearance required with DEA suitability.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site IT support across Windows environments and peripherals.
• Create and manage service tickets in Remedy, ServiceNow, ServiceManager.
• Troubleshoot on-site communications and network issues.
• Support mobile devices via MDM.
• Assist relocations and moves of users and equipment.
• Manage user/workstation accounts in Active Directory.
• Maintain UPS operability and troubleshoot VTC equipment.
