Job summary
Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist. You will support multiple stores nationwide, triaging issues and delivering frontline technical help across hardware, software, and mobile devices. Training is provided, and no firearm experience is required.
The role reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager and is full-time, on-site, with rotating after-hours support. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and mobile devices.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support across corporate and store locations; triage and resolve Tier 1–2 issues via phone, remote tools, in person, and ticketing system.
- Provide end-user hardware/software support including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices across Windows 10/11 and iOS.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) including provisioning, licensing, and access troubleshooting.
