Job summary

Range USA is the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, with a focus on safe, welcoming experiences. The Operations Specialist role supports store performance through inventory execution, compliance with firearm regulations, and efficient backroom operations.

You will work closely with store leadership on receiving, inventory control, and customer order fulfillment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail/inventory, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience.
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Merchandising Execution: maintain visual standards, pricing, promotions, and signage.
• Receiving & Inventory Control: process incoming inventory, maintain organized receiving area, perform adjustments and reporting.
• Compliance & Regulatory Support: assist with ATF/OSHA policies, 4473 reviews, bound book management, inspections.
• Customer Order & Service Support: manage e-commerce orders and layaways, support service programs, ensure timely processing.
• Operational Support: maintain supply levels, conduct audits, support safe, compliant store operations.
