The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, knowledge of products, and adherence to compliance while contributing to a welcoming shopping environment at our Arlington, TX location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service sales experience.
• Ability to understand and follow complex compliance regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service that exceeds customer expectations and builds lasting relationships.
• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert customers to buyers by asking for the sale.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, and promotions.
• Conduct range check-in efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer time.
• Ensure compliant range firearm rental process.
