Responsibilities

Assist end-users with tier 1/1.5 computer system issues and basic installations.
Support on-site and remote staff, with on-call responsibilities.
Document work, maintain knowledge base, and manage incident tickets.
Assist with security patches, software updates, and system configurations.
Provide weekend and holiday remote coverage of the service desk.
