DCI Donor Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain laptops, servers and networks; provide first-line help for software/hardware; and support ongoing IT improvements. The role is on-site and demands strong Windows OS and AD skills with 3+ years of experience in a business setting.

The ideal candidate has IT related education or equivalent experience, Office 365 familiarity, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• IT related associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years hands on IT experience supporting servers, desktops, laptops, and systems.
• 3+ years installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows OS and Office.
• Experience in Office 365 Admin (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD), Windows Server 2012-2019, AD.
• Experience with antivirus, Windows updates, imaging, and GPOs.

Responsibilities

• Handle Help Desk requests, create/close tickets and document solutions.
• Administer laptops, applications, servers, networks, and IT systems.
• Collaborate on applying application and process changes with staff.
• Provide training and guidance to users as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date IT policy/docs and industry standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
