Corning Incorporated is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to provide technical assistance across computer systems, software, hardware, and IT services. You will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries, delivering timely support via phone, chat, walk-up and ticket submissions.

You will own the end-user experience, escalate where needed, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders while following established SLAs and ITIL-aligned processes.

Competenze

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in Help Desk or Technical Support environment.
• Proven ability to manage time, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Mansioni

• Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, hardware and IT services via multiple channels.
• Triage, troubleshoot, resolve, escalate and refer end-user inquiries; own the customer experience.
• Communicate timely updates to leaders and end users; document actions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with vendor support to resolve 3rd party issues and improve KB articles.
• Participate in queue management and team specialist roles as needed.
• Adhere to incident management, request fulfillment and knowledge management processes.
