Job summary

Scorpion is seeking an IT Support Specialist to oversee computer systems and provide internal assistance to all users. You will ensure workstations are set up for success, triage tickets, and resolve software and hardware issues with strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1 year of help desk experience, familiarity with Windows/macOS, AD, and M365, plus excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical users. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or Microsoft Certified credentials are a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with IT best practices.

Responsibilities

• Triage and escalate tickets to Senior team members when needed.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve user hardware/software issues.
• Support users via calls, chat, and email; troubleshoot conferencing systems.
