Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English spoken and written.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Contract job availability with flexibility for potential evening or weekend work.

Responsibilities
