Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC seeks an IT Customer Experience Specialist to be the primary contact for technical support across NEFCO locations. The role provides onsite and remote IT support, handles initial triage and resolution, and manages hardware and software lifecycles.

Responsibilities include documenting issues in the ticketing system, coordinating with Tier 2 when needed, and deploying equipment for new hires while supporting a variety of devices and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in Desktop Support or Help Desk role.
• Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 hardware and software diagnostics and resolution.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
• Assist with remote support for off-site staff.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 as needed.
• Deploy hardware to new hires and equipment upgrades.
