Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of Information Technology related experience.
- Experience with PCs, mobile devices and software support.
- Experience supporting remote field personnel.
- Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with incident management tools.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated service desk issues promptly ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for PCs, mobile devices and peripherals.
- Support remote field personnel via remote desktop tools and phone.
- Manage software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and assist with security management.
