Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Support professional to join the Solon R&D site in Ohio. You will provide Tier I support to end-users by phone, email, Teams, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of issues and smooth onboarding.

You will collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues, coordinate with vendors, document incident status, and escalate when needed. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits after waiting period.

Qualifications

BS in business or technology-related field or IT certification.
At least 1 year of hands-on IT/IS experience with Windows OS, AD, Exchange/Outlook, Office, Adobe Connect, and Teams.
Demonstrated skills in implementation and troubleshooting of IT systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist users and document issues.
Experience in inventory management of hardware and software assets.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier I support to end-users via phone, email, Teams, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues and escalate problems when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve issues and manage repairs or replacements.
Update users on the status of their incident or service request to ensure clear communication.
Support initial computer setup for new employees, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
