Job summary

HDR is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in a role that supports 24/7 operations within a 6:00 AM–6:00 PM window, Monday through Friday, with on-call flexibility. The position emphasizes serving staff with reliable computing support, strong customer service, and proactive issue resolution.

Knowledge of Windows 11/M365 and experience with enterprise applications are valued, along with a background in A&E industry or related IT environment.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related field or equivalent work experience.
At least 1 year of experience in technical support of PC, networks and servers.
Working knowledge of Windows 7/10/365 and Windows Server 2003/2008/2012.
Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skills; on-site role with 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts and on-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

Apply technology to address business needs and constraints.
Assist staff to maximize utilization of computing resources.
Provide advanced troubleshooting on complex IT issues.
Provide desk-side training for enterprise applications.
Participate in enterprise-wide IT projects and inventory management of assets.
