Job summary

Lympha Press, a mission-driven healthcare organization, is seeking an IT Support Specialist for on-site support at our Chadds Ford HQ. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, configure mobile devices via MDM, and support daily IT operations across the company.

You will assist with onboarding, manage user accounts, and help deploy business applications while maintaining strong customer service and security practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Two or more years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
• Experience managing mobile devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of Windows, iOS/iPadOS, and Android operating systems.
• Experience supporting Office 365 administration and common workplace applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical assistance for employee IT issues, including Windows-based systems and mobile devices.
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve help desk tickets while maintaining a high level of service.
• Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices using MDM solutions.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and device provisioning.
• Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for business applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot workstation hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
• Educate employees on IT best practices, security guidelines, and effective technology use.
• Document troubleshooting steps, procedures, and solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes and service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT team members when necessary.
