Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an IT Support professional to manage high-stress problem diagnosis and client relationship tasks. You will act as liaison between support areas and technology teams to resolve issues quickly across Windows and Mac environments.

The role involves troubleshooting desktop/laptop problems, supporting Mac OS X Server configurations, documenting actions, and assisting with VPN and antivirus updates. Strong communication in English is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktops/laptops from network drop to device, excluding patches/updates.
• Respond to alerts and escalate issues to restore desktop/laptop operation.
• Support Mac OS and Apple tools and applications.
• Provide GUI-level assistance with Mac OS X Server configuration and server administration.
• Support MAC in Windows XP environment (virtual) and Mac OS Server/Server Essentials.
• Document troubleshooting steps and actions in the Help Desk system.
• Load and manage antivirus software on desktops/laptops.
• Assist with remote laptop cleanup kits and user documentation.
