Responsibilities

Answer help desk calls and monitor the ticketing system for end-user hardware, software, telephones, printers, and peripherals.
Install, upgrade, and configure computers, telephones, printers, and peripherals.
Load and test upgraded operating systems and software; maintain installation and upgrade records.
Diagnose computer and software problems; coordinate repairs with vendors.
Maintain the City's technology equipment inventory and document configurations.
