Job summary

StoneGate Senior Living in Lewisville, TX is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist I (Tier 1) to join our IT team. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees requiring technical assistance and is responsible for resolving common technology issues across our cloud-based environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and end-user technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year IT support, help desk, or related experience.
• Windows 10/11 proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Hardware, printers, and basic troubleshooting methods.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and follow procedures.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 IT support via phone, email, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows 10/11 devices and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Handle basic Microsoft 365 license assignments and account tasks.
• Assist with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint usage.
• Assist with Intune enrollment and ChromeOS/Google Admin support.
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the Matrix42 system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 as needed.
• Support new hire onboarding with workstation setup and access.
• Contribute to knowledge base and continuous improvement.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant security practices in healthcare environment.
