Golden Valley Health Centers in Atwater, CA is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide first-line end-user assistance, install and maintain hardware and software, and assist with IT operations at the Atwater Admin site.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with compensation of $25.48 to $26.75 per hour and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 403(b) with match, FSA plans, and gym discounts.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software and networks.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Speak respectfully and professionally to users of varying technical levels.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Valid California driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
